getting frustrated... need a kick in the

butt!!! i'm so out of food it's not funny! grocery day is tomorrow & the list is much different from last week! LOL this time it WILL last! i'm starting to cheat & i dont know why! i'll have a chip- and only one ~ but it escalates from there. a few hours later i'll have one jelly bean... i can see where this is going ... so far i can keep it to one but it's a good thing tomorrow is food day cuz i am seriously losing control! there is just nothing here for me to snack on so for some reason i go for the worst thing possible. i've been feeling so great- i dont need to sabatoge myself now so please, give me a kick!!!

chicken, chicken, and more chicken
fat free lunch meat
almonds
yogurt (vanilla fat free)
and honestly, that's what i've been eating- i am a picky person! LOL thanks for the help
