Hi there my lovely ladies:

I have been on SBD for 1 week and 4 days…..I am ready for phase two, but I have to admit that I cheated 2 days ago….one day I had a few yogurt covered pretzels then the next day I did the same thing and even had a glass of Pepsi and some chips…oh how I regret it….I didn’t even enjoy them….they did nothing for me and the weird thing is that I did not even crave the chips or soda I just took them maybe cause pretty soon it will be that time of the month? Anyhow, I feel good and have been exercising. Should I stay on Phase One a little longer or go to Phase Two on Monday?

One more thing, my friend was eating some Low Fat Soy Chips the bag says that the healthy benefits are: 10g soy protein; 25mg soy Isoflavones; 3g Dietary Fiber; more soy protein than tofu or soy milk. The ingredients are: Low fat non-GMO soy flour, rice, mild oleic sunflower oil, sea salt…..anyhow they are made by glennys, which has a website: www.glennys.com...I don’t know the first thing about these nutrition stuff, but I am learning, thanks to all you guys….so let me know about these chips, if they are good for Phase Two….
