Someone please tell me that the Baby Spinach and Chicken salad is allowed in phase 1.
Does anyone know anything about the wraps?
Thanks, Linda

Just saw your post and thought I could help you out. I checked out Subway's website. From the looks of it, the Grilled Chicken & Baby Spinach salad is OK without the dressing and the bacon bits. There are probably other dressing choices for phase 1 that are available such as vinaigrette or even cesaer. Here is the list of ingredients from the website:
Grilled Chicken & Baby Spinach - Made with baby spinach, onions, lean and tender, all-white meat chicken breast strips (served hot or cold, your choice), shredded Monterey Cheddar cheese, diced egg, bacon bits, and topped with Atkins® Sweet as Honey Mustard dressing and garlic flavored almonds. Please note that additions or deletions to the ingredients could alter the nutritional values of this salad.
I also checked out the wraps. They are NOT good for phase 1, but when you get to phase 2 you can have them, but again, their honey dressings and bacon bits are not acceptable on SBD, so ask them to hold those items. Here are the ingredients for one of the wraps:
Turkey Breast & Bacon Melt - melted shredded Monterey Cheddar cheese, slices of savory turkey, bacon strips, onion, green pepper strips, black olive slices and Subway's exclusive, tangy chipotle southwest sauce served in a tortilla wrap shell made of sesame flour.
