Need help for dinner tonight

Help, I have school tonight right after work and have not packed anything to eat. I will need to stop by a fast food place before class, but want to make sure it's SBD friendly. I read a post on fast food SBD foods, but I really can't do veggie burgers or chicken breast sandwiches unless I really, really have to. I know that IN-N-Out, Burger King and other places have protein burgers, where it's a hamburger without the bun and warpped in lettuce. Is that okay? Or is the hamburger meat too fattening??

Thank you!!

Hi Gina,

I would think that the hamburger meat used would be too fatty...but you could have a small chili and side salad if you're close to Wendy's, or maybe try one of the Salad's from Subway...I eat them sometimes when I don't have time to cook and they are delicious. Hope this helps!

Salads are always good, but if you are really craving the burger, from my personal experience, it should be fine. I have never gained on SBD from eating a burger without the bun from a fast food place.

Take Care!!

Hi Gina, your best bet is a good salad.

Thank you all for your replies. I am really craving a burger, but hopefully by the end of the day after I'm done eating what I brought to work, I'll be fine with a salad. They don't have a Hardee's here (San Diego), but I'm going to check on some fast food websites to see if it will tell me what kind of meat they use.

Thank you!
