Exhausted...

I'm on Day 6 of P1...and I am absolutely EXHAUSTED. I took a 2.5 hour nap 3 days in a row, and when I woke up, I was lightheaded and dying for something sugary. I had Sugar-free Jello all times, followed an hour later by my midafternoon snack - celery with hummus and Alouette light. Been drinking lots of H2O, and exercising an hour a day - pretty normal for me, but I did try some new classes this week. I don't work out on weekends, so the fact that I still have been exhausted all day today is bothering me...also have been a little headachy off and on, I just feel sluggish...
I went out and bought oat bran muffins today - had one with lunch and it seemed to help a bit...should I keep chugging with P1 or go to P2? I have not totally rid myself of carb cravings, but they are much improved.

PS - The last time I checked, I was down 3lbs...but I'm not really watching...


I was completely Exhausted last week, I'm now day 13. I had no energy and took a nap every afternoon with my daycare kids. But by Friday I started feeling better, not just so exhausted. Today I actually kept up with my boys at the park. Now that is amazing. Give it a few more days. I believe it's just part of the whole detox.
I am *definitely* not pregnant. ;)
