Hi!

I am very new to this as I will be starting SB tomorrow. Over the last year or so for health and weight loss purposes I have tried to add more water to my diet. I have become very addicted to Propel - it's touted as a vitamin enhanced water beverage. The breakdown is this: 10 calories, 3g carbs, and 2g sugars. Would this be okay for Phase 1 (or any Phase for that matter)? I couldn't find it in the good carb/bad carbs list. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am a carb addict and I hope this will be a turning point for me!

Thank you for the info Cathy! Where did you find the new info? Is it in a new addition of the book? I just bought the SBD cookbook and am looking forward to trying some new recipes. I remember how dairy (2 servings milk/yogurt a day) was emphasized on WW for weight loss. I am happy we can now do the same on SBD. What is a "serving" of milk? Is it 8 oz?
