I have decided to give the South Beach Diet another try. I did it last year for about three weeks. I lost 14 lbs, but found myself eating the same things day in, day out. It got old very quickly. I have been trying Weight Watchers for the past 16 weeks. Sadly, I have only lost 5 lbs. While Weight Watchers is very flexible, I need rules and structure. I am very frustrated and have decided to "get back on the Beach". Does anyone have any ideas of how to combat the boredom? When I was on the program last year, my diet consisted mainly of eggs, cheese, veggies, string cheese, peanuts and chicken breast. I ate so much chicken, I thought I would start clucking!
