I know you're allowed to have yogurt (plain) on the SBD, and I actually can't stand the taste of plain yogurt, but I mixed it with some splenda and van. extract and it was surprisingly yummy! Anyways, I was reading the nutrition label and 1 cup has 17 grams of sugar - what?? I thought we were supposed to be limiting the sugar intake - why is plain yogurt okay? Is it lactose/lactase, or do they add sugar? I'm so confused now

Hi Candace,

The sugar grams are from the naturally ocurring sugars in the milk.
