I got down and wallowed in the mud!

Long story short, I let myself go this weekend. M-F I stayed right on track, but when Saturday rolled around and I was at one of my animal rescue functions and feeling exhausted and all they had was pizza....

Well, you guys get the drift.

Q1: Will the SBD work for me if I stick to it during the week and eat what I like on weekends? It just feels better, during the week, to know that if I want a slice of cheese with mushroom I know I can have it Saturday or Sunday. Has anyone had luck with this method, or am I in a dream world?

Q2: Has anyone else, on their first week of the SBD, suffered complete exhaustion? I admit most of my diet was made up of carbs, so it would make sense that last week, when I was tired all day, it was because I was coming down off of all those sugars.

Q3: I found a recipe, so called SBD ok, for a kind of cream cheese dessert. You mix not cream cheese but its low fat cousin that I always call nasferatu, a packet or so of Equal, and vanilla extract. It is very yummy, especially to a cheesecakeaholic like myself. So yummy, that I doubt it's safety. Any ideas?

Thanks for listening,

Sam
