I fell off

Well the first day was bad. I ate too many nuts, didn't have breakfast, and had too much dressing on my salad. Oh yea, also had ice cream with chocolate sauce. Bad, bad, bad! So I'm going to be really good with the diet tomorrow and for every day I fall off, I'm adding on to the end of the two weeks so I should move on to Phase 2 on the 27th since I have a birthday party to go to on the 15th. I really hope I can do this :)

Why not make yourself stay strictly with the foods-to-enjoy list ONLY for the next 5 days, so by the time you reach the party, your cravings for birthday cake and other "treats" will be reduced to a level where you WILL be able to resist without feeling deprived?
Go buy some No Sugar Added fudgicles.
Susan :)
I think I also need to eat bigger lunches and dinners and then I'll feel satisfied.
The funny thing is I know this isn't hard and I keep telling myself I know I can do this. And I'm going to. I will feel so much better after I get through these two weeks. Thanks again!
Great!
Susan :)
Just another FYI - as long as your salad dressing has <3g sugar (even better if made with olive oil), then it's on the P1 "enjoy" list....so it's not cheating!!
I had my first bite of almost full fat dressing in *6 years* on my salad today. Three Cheese Ranch...it was so rich and decadent, I almost forgot I was on a diet. That's the beauty of this. I did put it on the side, though, so I wouldn't be guzzling it, LOL...
Hang in there - if you fall off, just hop right back on. There's no failures here...only a bit of cheating that is VERY quickly remedied!!
a WOE doesn't come overnight.
Stick out the 2 weeks in Phase 1 and see what happens.
I agree.
