Hi, I am knew here and I am not great at understanding the labels. I bought the Fat free plain yogurt and YUCK!!! I also had some Dannon lite, vanilla creme. Here are the nutritional facts;

60 calories

Fat 3 gr

Sat fat 2 gr

Cholesterol 10mg

Sodium 30mg

Potassium 75mg

Carbs 3g

Sugars 2g

Protein 5 gr.

Is this ok for Phase one. I just started Yesterday and would like to know. Either that or a way to make the Plain taste better. Thanks so much in advance.

Hi Cathy,

The only yogurt that is okay for phase 1 is Non-fat plain or Sugar-free vanilla.

its probably not ok for phase 1. I use Dannon Fat Free plain and put in a little vanilla extract and a packet of splenda. Actually, I'm still using that on phase 2, I found no reason to move to the fruit ones. I'll use other extracts and cinnamon for different tastes.

One thing that I'm just getting used to is reading the ingredient list, not just the nutrition chart on the labels.

Thank you. Good thing my boys enjoy the Dannon Flavors, atleast that way they won't go to waste. I will have to stop at the store tonight to pick up some splenda and extracts.

Thanks again,

Cathy
