Flavored coffee creamers?

I'm currently reading the book, and planning to start the diet soon. I have seen mention of using the fat free half and half for coffee, but are there any flavored creamers that are SBD friendly? I love International Cafe French Vanilla and Coffeemate Vanilla Caramel, but I just checked my bottle of ICFV and it has, besides corn syrup and sugar, partially hydrogenated soybean oil. I've seen that they make ICFV with Splenda, but does anyone know if this still has the hydrogenated junk? I'm betting it probably does.... so what can I do to flavor my coffee the way I like it?

I like those flavored creamers sometimes too, but I have stuck with Land of Lakes fat free creamer since it is based upon nonfat milk as the main ingredient. (Granted it does have some corn syrup). I don't like hydrogeneted oil based non-dairy creamers as a rule. I couldn't find any direct information about them in my books, but I think SB leans towards more natural products as opposed to ones with lots of unappetizing, unpronounceable ingredients. Have you tried adding some flavor, like cinnamon or vanilla, to the coffee before you brew it? You can also try flavored coffees. That way you get flavor without the hydrogenated stuff.

Good luck & let us know what you try & how you like it. :-)

I found on page 95 of The South Beach Diet Good Fats Good Carbs Guide that you can use the fat free non-dairy creamers, but you are to avoid the flavored ones.
