Phase I Thursday Check In

How is everyone doing so far today? It's day 4 for me. I got a late start this morning so I had no time for eggs. I had a couple slices of lite turkey deli meat and 2% cheese slices, 6 oz V-8 & coffee with fat free creamer at 7:30am. I just had my mozz stick at 10:15. I brought a Boca (veggie) burger & green beans for lunch. I have my pistachios for the afternoon snack. I haven't decided on dinner yet. This morning I am down to 140. Just 5 lb to go. My fear is gaining back the minute I switch to P2 or P3. I will deal with that then. I have the pre-TOM water weight to deal with now.

It's rainy here today...how is it where you are?

Congrats on those 6 pounds! Way to Go!!! Did you have any protein with your salad? I bet you'll lose those 14 lb within 2 months. You can do it!! Enjoy the sunshine today.

RAIN RAIN AND MORE RAIN!! UGH!! I know we need it and all but... geez. There's a break so I better hit the track while the gettin' good.

Had coffee for breakfast, I know bad, but I woke up late and had to volunteer at the therapuetic horseback riding club. Then came home and had broccoli quiche with turkey bacon. Got dinner going in the crock pot for tonight (chicken and bunches of veggies and lima beans for added fiber). Had a stick of cheddar and a slice of "nuclear cheesecake" (a recipe from a friend). Not so good on the cheesecake. I usually can make a lot of things pass, but that no. oh well. Had 1/2 of my 62oz of water. Doing pretty good.

I'm in day 12 of ph 1 and am so glad I'm not the only one nervous about entering ph 2. It will be nice to add some strawberries to my sf jello pudding, but I'm so scared that I'll lose the control. I keep telling myself if that happens go back to ph1 and regroup. That's what is so nice about this WOE, you can fall off the wagon and have a "quick fix" to back on. No guilt. I like it!!!!

Anyways, howdy from a very soggy east Texan. If you see the sun, could you send it my way?? :P

Good Evening Lori!

I'm just checking in before going to sleep. It's ok if you had a few slip ups. As you said, you'll get right back on the wagon and you WILL succeed! Your dinner sounded yummy. Mine was just salad & chicken strips. I will check back in on you & everyone here tomorrow when I'm more awake....

Sweet Dreams,

Suzy
