a couple of business social occasions
one or two glasses of wine with friends - what the heck, one has to relax and see ppl, no? and seltzer just does not do it.
I go back home, cook for kids (eat mostly starches, i.e. pasta rice potatoes), and either I cook another separate meal, or I snack.
then I admit a square of choc to lift my mood - and there I go, I finish the tablet. yuck.
yesterday, on top of everything, a collegue arrived with bakery croissants for his birthday... large, buttery and crusty...
of course, at the end of the week I am not doing soooo well. I am up at 146 LB...
Then, coming week I am going for a short vacation to visit friends (Paris..., but I am in Europe, that is easy), then a buz trip (ahi ahi ahi mine field) to moscow (where restaurants arent very understanding of special requests... and on top, I dont speak the lingo - does caviar fit in the diet??? LOL).... if I keep it up like this, I will not fit in any summer clothes.
Today I started afresh - 2 boiled eggs, yum yum, one yogurt plain. I need all the luck and will you guys can send my way, and if you have some fantastic idea, I am taker.
folle, 146/130

Hi folle,
I understand the frustration.
. . bon courage! Et reste en contact!! mme s2001
well anyway, the most difficult is that I am staying with friends, with all respective kids. and, being in the first days of dieting, one has the tendency to feel "ah, I'll restart tomorrow", and tomorrow never comes.
Cathy, what you mention is really what I am afraid of in Russia. Between vodka and chicken Kiev, I would come back 10 lb heavier... I will keep as a mantra your sentence "if i want to fit, i shall do it".... thankfully, ladies aren't required to drink on business (or very moderately!)
will power vibes to all!
mon marie est francais, du Jura. Presqu'a cote de l'usine du Vache Qui Rit, a staple of this diet!
