How was your weekend? I messed up a bit but am back on board today. I had turkey & 2% cheese for breakfast and had chicken & zucchini & a SF Jello for lunch. I will have a mozz stick for a snack and I am not sure...maybe fish for dinner.

It's sunny & muggy here in Nebraska...a storm may be on the horizon.

Gotta get back to work...hope you are having a good day!

Hugs,

Suzy

My weekend was great as far as me not cheating. We went to a barbeque and they have german chocolate cake, cookies, and cheesecake for dessert and I didn't touch it! I did have a headache and felt sick and dizzy for the most part. I am starting to feel better today (Day 5).

I messed up a little yesterday but I am back on track today as well. So, far I have had: string cheese (b-fast) and tuna for lunch. I am slacking in the veggie area right now so I am gonna have some broccoli as part of my lunch. I am also thinking I may have my dessert (mocha ricotta) early too. For some reason I am having a huge craving for it right now :)

Way to go Sheneq!! I'm sorry to hear you weren't feeling well, though. Hopefully you'll feel better today. You'll be done with your first week before you know it. ;-)

I'm glad we both got back on track today. :-) It's ok if you are craving the mocha ricotta...at least it is an "allowed" food. If you're still hungry later, eat some more veggies, cheese (you can have 2 dairy servings a day)...keep us posted.

Hi,

I just wanted to let you know that cheese actually counts as protein on this plan, not dairy. So, you can have cheese at each meal if you wanted to.

Enjoy and good luck!

Good weekend for me :) I didn't cheat :) - I am concerned about serving sizes for avocados as I put it in my salad occasionly but I think I'm doing ok.

So far today for Breakfast I had 1 hard boiled egg and a small wedge of Laughing Cow low fat swiss cheese with a coffee with skim milk and Equal and

now for lunch I'm having a salad of spinach, romaine lettuce, tomato + mushroom with tuna and some fat free dressing (italian). I'll probably have fish tonight :)

Nice and warm here though humid and expecting some storms as well :)

Have a great Monday all!

Weekend went pretty good. Got my exercise in and didn't fall off the wagon. Did try to drink a pina colada but it was way too sweet. Couldn't finish and then felt queasy. Lesson learned!! THat was the only slip up this weekend.

Brk: broccoli quiche, decaff coffee with splenda

Snack: pistachio nuts

Lunch: grilled chicken salad w/egg and oil/vinegar dressing and V8 juice (5 oz), sf jello

snack: finish off my V8 juice (5 oz), couple of cubes of cheddar cheese

Dinner: Chicken in crock pot (it smells so good!!), salad, steamed veggies, sf fudgesicle

ANd lots of H2O in between !! :)

Able to see the sun today!! Although there are times that it looks like it could rain any minute. 40% today.

((HUGS))
