SUSY PENQUIN Hope I'm not stepping on your toes, for posting todays check-in.
B-Sunrise Parfait(1 c yougurt with 1/4 c berries), plain herbed tea
M/S-V 8 Juice
L- canned (1/4c)lobster delight(6g carbs) on 3 Bean salad with bacon bits,sesame seeds
A/S- 1 c soy choc. milk
D- 4oz. Turkey meatballs on Green beans with almonds
Dessert-1/2 c s/f jello on top of 1c l/f yogurt
I know the carbs are high on the lobster delights but I had to have some.

The turkey meatballs sound interesting. I just had turkey & cheese for breakfast...missed my snack due to a meeting. I had salmon & steamed veggies for lunch. I am probably having salad for dinner with some tuna. I'll have a SF fudge bar and maybe some milk or cottage cheese for a snack later. I hope to get outside for a walk, too.

Lunch-garden salad with fresh broccoli and turkey chilli with cheddar cheese
Snack-a few more cashews and maybe some low fat yogurt later
Dinner-taco salad (yum!!!)
What type of taco salad will it be? (Ingredients). Just curious.

Well, my day isn't quite done yet (it's about 5pm), but here's how I've done for the day so far:
BF - 2 egg omelette with onions, mushrooms and a little bit of salsa, two strips of turkey bacon and 1 cup of skim milk.
LCH - Homemade Taco Salad! Yum! (Extra-lean ground beef made with taco seasoning, shredded lettuce, diced tomato, diced onion, grated low-fat cheese, a touch of salsa and about 1 1/2 tbsp. of sour cream) and a diet coke.
I haven't had supper yet, but I think I'll probably have a salmon burger patty along with some steamed veggies. I also didn't manage to get in my snacks yesterday or today, but I will tomorrow. Also, I drank about 8 cups of water today.
Breakfast
2 egss scrambled with spinach + mushrooms with a wedge of Laughing Cow low fat Swiss cheese
iced coffee SM+Equal
Lunch
1 cup of cottage cheese (fat free) + 1 cucumber
decaf iced coffee with SM+Equal
Dinner
Steamed chicken with brocoli
Diet Coke with Lime
ANOTHER decaf iced coffee with SM+S
Water = 48 ounces
OK so I know I'm drinking too much iced coffee even with decaf and Equal so that I am going to make a big effort to cut out but am I eating enough? Don't wanna sabatoge the effort :)

I had a great phase 1 day today:
Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and 2 slices turkey bacon w/ v8
Snack: non-fat plain yogurt with pb and splenda
Lunch: split pea soup
Snack:
Breakfast - 1/2 vanilla ricotta creame (couldn't eat it all - pretty rich for me)
Snack - nuts and string cheese
Lunch - Salad with tuna - romaine, onions, low fat cheese, tomatoes and homemade italian dressing
Snack - 1/2 serving of vanilla ricotta creame (rest of it)
Dinner - Steak tips marinated in Emerils kicked up garlic (only has 3g of sugars!) and roasted broccoli
Snack - no sugar added fudgesicle
