For the last week and a half, I have not been following the SBD. I would like to start again. Should I start with Phase I or can I go to Phase II?

Hi Abby, most likely, it would be best to start with Phase 1.

I started SBD April 5th. I have basically been in Phase I all of that time because I have not been happy with the amount of weight I have lost. Since April 5th, I have only lost 8 pounds (as of 5/16) and I didn't cheat until this past week and a half.

I am not sure why I am not having the success everyone else on the board has been having.

Abby, Maybe give P1 two weeks, and then go ahead and move into P2.

Thanks for the helpful tips. I do snack and am increasing the amount of water I drink. I must admit that I have not been very good at eating all of my veggies. That I will try and work on because I really do want to have success with this diet. I have not been exercising, but I have found an exercise buddy that I am going to start working out with.

So, Phase 1 for 2 more weeks. I will let you know how I am doing. Thanks again!!
