Good Morning!

I am unfortunately at home sick today. I have a very bad soar throat and am going to the doctor's in a half hour. I just wanted to get this started for today....

I am not real hungry but have had eggbeaters & canadian bacon. I will post more later on.

Have a happy "hump day" everyone!

Suzy

Day 3... 2 pounds down.

It's funny... just when I think I will cave... I see something to inspire me. Like I am looking for a resort for our honeymoon and I see somebody in a bikini with a great butt or back. Just slim arms and thighs that don't touch.

Then I'm like... it's worth it not to eat ice cream or more tempting... an iced caramel macchiato from starbucks.

I did pretty darn good I'd say:

B - 2 eggs with 2 slices of turkey bacon, diced onions and chopped mushrooms sprinkled with low fat cheese.

S - low fat monterey jack cheese with lunch meat

L - Salad (lettuce, cucumber, tuna, chickpeas, oil & vinegar dressing) and a cup of skim milk

S - Cottage cheese and a cup of milk

D - Pork tenderloin stirfried with stirfry veggies

S - 2 sugar-free/low-fat fudgesicles (totalling 80cal.) oops! went over by 5 cal. Oh well, can't be perfect every day, right?? haha!
