I had been craving italian, so I made chicken parm by using no sugar added catsup, some spices and no fat cheese. Is this dish legal since I used the whole bottle of catsup for baking.

Thanks!

I personally use one of the Emeril's sauces to make my chicken parm. My fav is the VOODKA sauce. YUM. It has very low sugar content, less thatn 3 if I recall.....I don't have a bottle handy. I'll check for sure tonight. It is personally one of my fav SBD meals. YUM. That and I will pick up a rotissarie chicken/turkey breast from my deli, pick apart and eat atop a nice salad, with Newman's Olive Oil & Vinegar dressing...YUM! Now, I'm getting hungry just thinking of it :). LOL!
