Good Morning!

I am feeling a little better today. Still not back to normal, but getting better with each day. My friend and I will be going out to breakfast where I am having an egg beaters omlette with spinach & mushrooms. I will have some V-8 before I go. There I will have coffee and I take my own FF half&half with me as well as Splenda.

I need to go shopping since my mozz sticks are getting low and I need more low-fat meats to have on hand.

I will check back later with what else I have today. I just haven't planned it all yet.

I will try to take a short walk today too. I want to get back to regular exercising.

b-V8, veggies sausage on wasa cracker 1/2 c 1 % milk

s-lite L/C cheese

l-veggie meatloaf on a bed of mini brussel sprouts,1c l/f yogurt

s-1c 1% milk

d-liverwurst on wasa cracker, large salad w)l/c dress

Dessert- 93 % ff microwave popcorn and orange flavored water.


I switch my dinner for supper on Tues & Thurs & Sat.

Maryann, I know you know what you are doing, but to avoid confusing others, please note the following foods in Maryann's journal are not in the phase-1 foods to enjoy list:


wasa cracker


liverwurst


popcorn and possibly the orange flavored water (Maryann, how are they flavoring this?)

Breakfast: 2 eggs with spinch, mushrooms + fat free cheddar cheese

Snack: 10 peanuts

Lunch: Leftover steamed chicken and brocoli, salad w/sugar free, fat free dressing

Snack: 10 peanuts

Dinner: tuna w/ reduced fat cilantro mayo and spinach

Snack/dessert: vanilla ricotta creme

Beverage/water consumption: 1 coffee w/ skim milk + Equal, 3 diet 7Ups, Peppermint tea w/ Splenda

Here's what I had. I really tried to be good, but it's tough.

BF-peanut butter and vanilla yogurt and water to drink

snack-a few cashews

lunch-mcdonald's fiesta salad without the chips and a small diet coke

early dinner-DH and I went to Bennigans and I had the crock of french onion soup and the american burger with mustard and lettuce(bunless) and with green beans.

You're doing great Sheneq. I know it's not always easy, but you made wise choices. Make sure to get your snacks in too.

We had the same breakfast (except the cheese). :-)

Everything's looking good. Hope you had a nice dinner. I just had some fish & veggies.

I'm here watching the storm outside. I am praying the tornado watches do not happen where we are (there are some in the area....makes me nervous).
