Hey everyone, well today is the first official start day for me, I had forgotten about a BBQ I had planned for yesterday and just couldn't help myself, but I didn't go over board and now my cupboards and fridge is stocked with SBD friendly food so I'm all set. My question is with breakfasts, I don't usually eat them but I"m trying really hard, I had scrambled eggs with a little bit of ham (boiled sucks lol) and cheese and a glass of tomato juice, and although I feel full and had the time this morning, I don't always have the time for a creakfast like that, I work casual as a community health worker so can get called into work withn a half hour of getting up. I used to make a carnation instant breakfast with fatfree SOY GOOD milk, I know I'm allowed the milk, but what about the instant breakfast, I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but let me know, in the mean time I'll have to be creative. I don't like eggs everyday. Thanks all and have a great day.

Breakfast is a challenge in phase one, esp. if you don't want eggs every day.
Do you like nuts? If I was in a hurry, I'd have some almonds, string cheese, and a veggie of some kind. Natural peanut butter on celery was my breakfast a few times, too.
Carnation instant breakfast does have sugar (I think), so that's a no-no for sure. Unless you can find some made with Splenda.
There is a SB cocoa recipe that I know can be chilled.....you can make a batch for the fridge, and it will be ready after a quick shake:

Hi and welcome!!
You don't need to eat eggs to be successful on SBD. However, Carnation Instant Breakfast is not acceptable. Take a look at this thread with LOTS of breakfast ideas - including some ideas for breakfast on the go: Bored with Breakfast? Tired of or don't like eggs? Breakfast ideas:
