having difficulties

I'll start at the beginning, I started the diet just as a healthy way of living, I don't really need to lose weight, aside from about 5lbs I'm right where I should be for my height and age. My first day was July 4, my sister and I both started at the same time, she wasn't able to do it so she quit after the first day but I've held on, I've also started running as well. I feel great, I sleep better, I'm more energetic, I make sure to eat all my meals and snacks, and I drink more then enough water, I don't drink caffeine drinks and the tea I've always had has been herbal. An example of my meals is something like this: bfast is a glass of tomato juice, two eggs scrambled with FF turkey breast and red peppers, (this I change up a bit with veggies or ham but pretty much similar)
first snack is veggies-sometimes with hummus sometimes without depending on if i'm working or not (I'm a community health worker so i'm in and out of my car and peoples houses a lot, not much time for snacking), lunch is usually a big salad of spinach leaves and lettuces and different veggies, sometimes with a homemade no sugar added dressing and chicken breast or whatever meat I had left over from last nights dinner and a cup of FF soy milk, afternoon snack is usually a bit of cheese and tomato juice, dinner is either some kind of protein a large portion of veggies and a cup of soy milk. evening snack is celery with natural peanut butter. I drink the recommended 8 glasses of water a day, usually more especially if I'm working out. The thing is I'm really wanting to move into phase 2, I can see myself getting bored with this and I don't want to quit the diet, but based on my track record its heading inthat direction. Because I'm not really doing this to lose weight, is it a huge thing if I skip ahead to phase 2 tomorrow (Sunday)? I think I'd be able to continue without any problems on phase 2. thanks in advance for the help

Hi,

There is absolutely no reason why you shouldn't move into phase 2.

YES! thanks so much, i missed my fruit more then anything lol. i had one slice of 12 grain bread toasted and glass tomato juice and small bit of plain yogurt for bfast, not hungry for snack but still had glass tomota juice and water anyways, lunch was big salad with crumbled leftover fish, glass of soy milk, afternoon snack was half banana and bottle of water, haven't decided what to have for dinner yet, but still lots of time to decide. This is something i can completely stick to now that i can have grains and fruit. Thanks again
