Hi ladies. My name is Amy. I am 26 and married with a 22m old boy named Bradley. Just for FYI purposes, I live in Upstate NY and work with the handicapped. Anyway I was on the Beach last Nov and did ok.I thought I could venture off on my own eating plan and didnt do so well and regained what I had lost. I had to learn some life's lessons regarding why I eat but learned that I can feel good. I lost alittle weight but more so I felt so healthy and so incontrol. Well I am starting on Phase 1 as of today to kick the massive cravings and to begin to feel good again. I am looking to lose a total of 87 lbs bringing me to a final goal of 150lbs. So I know I have a lot of work to do but know I WANT and NEED to do this. Right now I always feel tired, cranky and bloated and dont like it.I want to feel control of what, when and why I eat what I do . I plan on adding in exercise too in the next week or so after I get the eating part down again. I will most likely start with the BIggest Loser workouts and then hopefully progress to the "way too expensive for my own good" Turbo Jam Workouts which I HAD to have yet never used. And if I can keep up the work and stay focused I want to buy an eliptical by the end of summer. Anyway I am glad to be back sorry I was gone soo long. Nice to meet everyone whom wasnt here before and good to see everyone that was here. Wish me luck. I am hoping to post my menus daily but cant always promise because of a crazy work schedule.

Hi Amy, welcome back!
Hi Amy ~ welcome back!!
Good luck and yell if you need us!
Maggie,
I know you can check out the Biggest Loser workouts on iTunes. It's one of the podcasts they developed for the new iPods. One way to take the trainer with you to the gym.
I don't have them, but they look good.
