Hey everyone!
I have tried the SBD before, and I did really good and went all the way through Phase 1, then some crap happened and I feel off the wagon right at the beginning of Phase 2. After fighting through Phase 1, its taken me awhile to restart, but now is the time. Wish me luck!!
I do have a question though.. something I always had a hard time with was breakfast in Phase 1. I dont have any time in the mornings, so I cant make eggs or anything. Is there any tasty on-the-go breakfasts anyone has tried? Let me know! Thanks!!

Every week I make my dh a dozen hardboiled eggs, the trick is however - and this is important! Once they are done cooking cool them down by running cold water in the pan for a few minutes then lay out some papertowels and peel all of them and store them in a container in the fridge. Peeling them right away is such a time saver and makes them so much more totable for on-the-run eating! He usually will have one of those and maybe a piece of LF cheese.

I just saw a tip on the Food Network about how to boil the perfect egg.
Put eggs in a pan and cover with cold water. Bring the water to a boil. Cover, and turn off the heat. Let the eggs sit in the pan for 15 minutes. Then, put the eggs in a bowl with ice water until cool. Eggs should be perfect everytime with NO green ring around the yolk.
