I've been really good. The only flub up I've have is one chip...literaly one chip. I dropped 5 pounds right off the bat and then this morning I got on the scale and had gained back 1.5 pounds. I've been tracking my calories on Sparkpeople too and only gone over 1300 once. I've been doing tons of cardio, over 2600 calories burned. and drinking my water and getting enough sleep. What gives how did I gain weight? I've been doing so well!

Hi there! I haven't been on the Beach very long, but I just wanted to tell you to hang in there. I'm on my 2nd week of p2, and Sunday my weight finally dropped back down to where I was at the end of P1. Then on Wednesday it dropped (finally) down 1.6 more and I was jumping for joy. Of course this morning it went up 1.6 lbs. I wish I could say that it doesn't affect me, because I know better, but it IS frustrating. b/t/w I worked out for an hour yesterday and ate perfectly, so did I actually gain 1.6 lbs?? Heck no and neither did you. It's just our body adjusting to water/salt/fiber intake etc. Keep your chin up. It will all be worth it in the end. From what I can tell everyone goes through those moments though. ;)
