I am new to the SBD. This is day 5 for me. I am fine during the day but at night I am a wreck. I do not like salads at all, so this is making the food choices a little difficult for me. I really would like to give this all I have. If anyone has any suggestions, it would be appreaciated.

Try roasting your veggies -- just cut up whatever veggies you have or use frozen (broccoli, peppers, red onions, green beans, zucchini & yellow squash, carrots, etc.). Preheat your oven to around 425 degrees, drizzle a little olive oil on the veggies (I also add various seasonings depending on my mood: Montreal, Greek, Italian, etc.). Roast the veggies for 30 - 45 minutes depending on how crisp you like them. They are fabulous!!!
