I thought I would post what I have eaten for today. Please give me any feedback you think I need!
Breakfast - 2 eggs with a ton of veggies chopped up in it: bell pepper, onions, mushrooms and canadian bacon.
Mid morning snack - string cheese stick
Lunch - Salad with carrots, bell pepper, cucumbers and tomatos. 1 tsp. of Paul Newman's Light Balsamic Vinigrette
Afternoon snack - Yoplait fat free yogurt (planned snack)
Dinner - (planned) grilled chicken, steamed green beans, grilled zucchini squash and a salad (same as lunch)
Sugar free fudge pop (40 calories)
So, that is what I have planned for today. I think I will go and get some Garbanzo beans for my salads!

Was the yogurt plain or flavored? Only plain yogurt is recommended (some people use NSA as a personal choice.

Yikes! I forgot about the plain yogurt! I will had some protein tomorrow for sure cause I am getting hungry!! LOL!
