Hi, I started sbd Saturday-would like to lose about 20 lbs. I've been lurking for a while now...love this board! My question is: How much Crystal Light is recommended/day? I love the peach but wonder if I may be drinking too much :-O. I have had 2 packets today. Thanks for all the support!!

Hi and welcome!! I am glad you decided to join us!

To my knowledge, Crystal Light is not limited. Did you drink 2 packets that each mix with 8 oz. of water or 2 that each mix with 2 liters? That would be a lot of liquids!! ;-)

I look forward to getting to know you!

Thanks!
I think that it was in a 20 oz bottle both times. Another ?...I know that bacon is out on phase one but what about a tiny bit for seasoning? (silly, I know.. I love a tiny amount for seasoning!! ;-))

"I know that bacon is out on phase one but what about a tiny bit for seasoning?"

Regular bacon is out on all phases (for good), because of the unhealthy saturated fat.

If you really love bacon try Smart Bacon. Its a veggie product generally available in the case in the produce area of the grocery store. Its great! Pan fried with a spray of cooking spray it is awesome on a salad or mixed in with mashed cauliflower. also good accompiant to your AM eggs if you get sick of the canadian bacon. Morning Star offers a great sausage pattie/link that is veggie based and on the phase one approved list as well, though limit it to one serving a day :)
