How to stay on SBD in 100deg weather?

The first day is over, and I feel great...now.

The only problem is though that I'm out in the sun working as a daycamp counselor from 9-4 everyday. The temps are supposed to be over 100 this week, and I've already felt weak and sluggish (not sure if it was just dehydradation or SBD).

Anyways, I was wondering, if for some reason I can't get my protein in for lunch, would a part-skim cheese work INSTEAD of a meat? I mean, if I had to get in something, I know the camp I work at provides deli meat for tomm but I don't know how lean it is AND I always bring a salad no matter what so......any opinions/comments as soon as possible would be very much welcome.

Have a good time with this everyone! (I'm trying to;)
