I love Iced Tea. The fresh brewed kind. I toss 2 tea bags in a in 2 quart pitcher of warm water and let them steep. I don't add any sweetener. Is this too much caffeine? I can drink 2 pitchers a day and makes it much easier to get in all my water.
Thanks

Do you not like decaf tea? I'm guessing 4 quarts of tea with caffeine in a day is a lot for SBD (based upon what Dr. A said in the book). I am a tea drinker and usually get at least 4 cups in per day, iced and/or hot. I don't use sweetener either.

I like the Constant Comment decaf tea made by Bigelow. It makes very good iced tea, I think!

i haven't been drinking any because i wasn't sure but it seems that the caffeine in 2 tea bags would be negligable when spread through 2 quarts of water. Just wondering...

I'm sure one of the board leaders will give you the real answer. I am one of those people that always errors on the side of caution. :)

I know some people do not like decaffienated, but I honestly can't tell the difference....which is why I asked. Just curious!

You might want to avoid going off caffiene cold-turkey, you could get some serious headaches.
