I finally got a scale yesterday and I was at 127 this morning! I think that I was around 135-140 when I started Sat. Is this possible or maybe I didn't weigh as much as I thought that I did ;-)) Anyway, here is a sample of what I have eaten today:
2 eggs cooked in smart balance
3 slices of turkey
2 slices of sliced low fat cheese
1 package crystal light peach tea (in 1 liter h2o bottle)
2 chocolate bars made with splenda (Blue Bunny)35 cal/each
1/2 cup black eyed peas w/Hidden Valley ranch mix (powdered) for seasoning.
I know that I need to add my milk and more veggies for dinner. Any ideas?
