eating all this food? This doesn't make sense to me? For breakfast, I had an omelet with 2 slices of crumbled turkey bacon and low fat cheese. For lunch I had some left over buffalo chicken breast, some turkey, green beans and yogurt.
Aren't I eating too much?

Sorry, but light & fit is a phase 2 yogurt.

Some stores have generic store-brand nonfat plain yogurt that is good, too.
