Snack timing?

When is it best to have the snack after breakfast and before lunch?

Three hours?

I had breakfast around 9. Does that mean I should have a snack at 12 and then lunch at 3?

There is no exact set time of when to include your snacks.

It's really up to you. The most important thing is that you eat 3 meals and 3 snacks in phase 1 and that you are never hungry.

If it helps, here's how my day usually works out. I normally have breakfast around 8:30am. Then, around
10:30 or 11:00, I will have a snack (though, now that I am in phase 2, I don't always eat this one). Lunch is somewhere between

Thanks!

According to the guy who wrote "The 3-Hour Diet", timing makes all the difference. That's one of the few differences between this diet and his.

I don't like to eat dinner too late - after 6. I've heard that eating after 8 isn't a good idea.

But I guess if your metabolism is good and you're active, it's okay.

Thanks! Gee, everyone seems to eat around 7 ... that's late for me. :)

It's perfectly fine if you want to time your meals and snacks precisely 3 hours apart, like Jorge Cruise's plan.

I guess that disproves Jorge's theory and the whole basis for his "diet." :)

While timing might be important for some people, I like how this diet allows flexibility and still works.
