I couldn't find turkey sausage so I decided to try the chicken breakfast links w/ 4 gr. of fat per serving, 1 g. saturated fat and 0 carbs. It has a less than 2% of honey in it.

Is honey bad? Is this kind of chicken bad?

This sausage wouldn't be approved because of the honey.

Oh well ... I messed up the diet to begin with. But, the good news is that it has a very little amount of honey. I won't eat it for breakfast anymore.

I knew sugar was bad but I wasn't sure about a tiny bit of honey ... now I know.

I have other stuff I can have for breakfast tomorrow. Hopefully that tiny error won't throw me off too much. :)
