I just started yesterday and I am not feeling deprived at all. Yesterday I woke up late and had brunch- mushroom, onions, tomatoes and muenster cheese omelet. Then I had a cheese stick with two slices of ham. For dinner I had grilled chicken with lemon, garlic and oregano and grilled zuchinni and salad. For dessert I had a smoothie with 1/2 cup of nf plain yogurt, 1/2 cup of milk, and 2tbsp of peanut butter with splenda. So far today I had a cup of cottage cheese for breakfast, celery with hummus for a snack, and left over chicken from yesterday and a nice big salad. I haven't had much of an appetite, I am excited to weigh in on sunday. I promised myself I wouldn't weigh everyday because then I become a slave to the scale. Just wanted to share!!!
