When did you start? How much do you have to lose? I just started too and I feel the same way. I am anxious to see those numbers get smaller. Good luck!
I would like to know how long as well. I am Phase 1, Day 4. I feel different but not sure if everything is going okay. Should I weigh myself. If the numbers are not what I wasnt to see I do not want to feel discouraged.
I haven't lost a single pound!! It's been Phase 1 nothing, and into phase 2 nothing! HOWEVER, my clothes are not as tight! YAY! But mostly i FEEL better. I have more energy through the day. That makes up a bit for the no weight loss thing. But I heard the slower it comes off the less likely you are to gain it back straightaway! I hope that the case! good luck, try to not get discouraged!

Everyone is different when it comes to weighing.
Well, that depends on several things, including (but not limited to) how much exercise you're getting, and how much water you've been retaining.
Phase I is mostly water loss, so if you've been retaining a lot of water previously, you'll probably see several pounds of water come off in Phase I.
Most of the weight comes off (slowly but steadily) in Phase II, from my previous experience. :)
I know it's hard, but try not to be impatient. (That's funny coming from me, the Queen of I-Want-It-Yesterday.) ;)
