Ready for my Whoosh!

Ok, so I feel GREAT! I love eating this way and don't know why I ever eat any other way! I did one solid week of phase 1, and cravings are gone, and I've kind of been doing phase 2 (no fruit yet) but the scale hasn't moved! UGH! I know I know the scale isn't the only way to measure success, my clothes fit better, I feel better, but I want the scale to move!
Sorry, just needed to vent!

I am glad you are loving this woe!!
If you want to see the scale to move while on phase 2, you must commit to doing it. In week one, we add one fruit and one grain. Two of each in week two and three of each in week three. It is important to drink lots of water and make sure you are getting a minimum of 4.5 cups of veggies and 2-3 cups of dairy in every day. Don't skip meals and eat something from the foods to enjoy list when you are hungry.
