Last Day of P1 - Yay!

It went by much quicker - and was much easier - that I thought it would be! The only thing I really struggled with was snacks for DH. He got pretty bored of cheese and nuts. Personally, I never get bored with cheese - I savor a bit of parmesean (the good stuff) drizzled with balsamic vinegar, and life is good.
Anyway - I'm a little worried about leaving the safety of the short list of approved foods. And DH is travelling for business this week, so I'm worried that he's going to find himself in a situation where a good choice isn't available and just totally blow it. I hope not - he's done incredible on P1 - 12 pounds lost as of this morning! I've given him the meal planner and food list, and basically told him to just try to stick to protein and veggies and avoid grains until he gets home - grains, especially bread, is his downfall. He seems determined, so we'll see.
