Here is to the 1st morning of the rest of my life!!!!I am so excited about starting this! I spend all evening prepairing. I went to the store last night and stocked up! Man, eating healthy is a little expensive, but worth it! I made the Ratatouille (that I posted yesterday, asking if it was ok to eat), the roasted chick-peas, and the tomato/mozzerella/basil salad. Here is what I am planning for the day, how does it look:
Breakfast: 1 egg + 1 white, 2 tbs 2% cheddar, 1 slice of canadian bacon
5.5oz V8
32oz water (64 more oz to go for the day)
Snack: Cherry tomato/Mozzerella/Basil salad
Lunch: Ratatouille
Snack: snack size baggie of roasted chick-peas. (question about this: what is a good serving of these? I used 2 cans last night, and seperated it into about 5 small snack bags. Does this sound about right)
Dinner: Haven't decided yet (daughter has gymnstics, so probably grilled ckn on a bed of lettuce, w/ some veggies)
So am I off to a good start?
