It's only day 2 and I have already slipped up!!
We were on the road for lunch, so I had a grilled chicken ceaser salad from Wendy's--no croutons. Then I had ONE of my daughters fries...and she had some mini marshmallows from the store, and I had about 10 of those. I feel like I did so well yesterday, but today I feel like I am going through carb and sugar w/d!! HELP!!

I do have the rest of the day planned...are these sugar free Reese cups ok to eat? My daughter is sitting here opening the whole bag for me...I've had about 3!! I guess I need to REMOVE THE BAG! LOL

Sugar-free candies are allowed - up to the 100 calorie sweet treat limit. A word of caution, the sugar alcohols in these candies (the ingredient that makes them sweet) can wreak havoc
