I really have read through the "start here" thread!! But I still have questions!! Ok, phase 1--I have been drinking sugar free chai tea with FF skim milk once a day. I just noticed tonight that the skim milk has ELEVEN grams of sugar in it. Is that really ok? Also, the tea has 0 everything (calories, sugar, fat, etc.) so I am pretty sure it is fine. But what about a Starbucks non fat chai latte? I saw somewhere on one of the links that non fat lattes are ok, but does that include the chai lattes?
Last one, for now!! Is it ok to use salad dressing to dip veggies in for a snack?

All dairy products contain naturally occurring sugar called lactose.
Darn, I was afraid you were going to say that! LOL
Thanks for the salad dressing info...I need to try to do better with getting all my veggies in, I get close...but need a little more!
