question about desserts/sweets

I'm a little confused about desserts and sugar free sweets. I know we are allowed to have up to 100 calories per day of sugar free sweets such as popsicles, etc. But do we count this 100 calories as dessert? For example, could I have my 100 calorie sweets and a vanilla ricotta creme in the same day?
Thanks in advance

Ricotta cheese falls in the protein category, so you don't need to count it as a sweet treat. However, if you use cocoa powder, sf jelly or some other item from the sweet treat list you would need to count those calories toward the daily 100 calorie sweet limit.

So, yes you can have a vanilla ricotta creme AND a popsicle in the same day.

SWEET TREATS (Limit to 75-100 calories per day)
Sweet treats are items that contain sugar alcohols, such as:

Candies, hard, sugar-free

Chocolate powder, no-added-sugar

Cocoa powder, baking type

Fudgsicles, no sugar added

Gelatin, sugar-free

Gum, sugar-free

Jams and jellies, sugar-free

Popsicles, sugar-free

Syrups, sugar-free

Some Sugar Free Products may be made with sugar alcohols (isomalt, lactitol, mannitol, sorbitol or xylitol) and are permitted on the SBD. They may have associated side effects of GI distress (abdominal pain, diarrhea & gas) if consumed in excessive amounts.
