I miss my coffee frappuchino lite from Starbucks sooooo much....more than anything else! I doubt they are legal for Phase 1. Does anybody know if they are ok for Phase 2? I included the nutritional info. I think they are made of skim milk, coffee, and splenda. However, there may be other sugars in it. I am not sure. See below:

Sorry, but Starbucks Frappaccinos are made with sugar and should be avoided on any phase. I Starbucks I like to order an sugar-free vanilla skim iced latte.
I also make my own frappaccino version at home. I put some leftover coffee in a blender with ice, splenda, fat-free half and half and Davinci's sugar free vanilla or hazelnut syrup.
No problem....have a good night!
I get the same as Karen... Only I get it blended...so if you can say sugar-free vanilla skim iced latte blended, please!, you're good! ;)
It's a mouthful, but you're one step closer to a frappuchino if it's blended!

I didn't know that either, Jolene!! Thanks for the tip!!
You're welcome...it doesn't taste QUITE the same as a traditional frapp...but it does give the feel of it in your hand..;) It's a much less creamy 'blended' than the regular, but being totally legal, it's worth it. And it throws those Starbucks workers off, which is sort of fun, too.
