hello everyone!
I've been lurking around the site for a while now... I started SBD about a year ago, did really well, but then around christmas fell off the wagon.
I'm starting up again now though and am really excited about it!
I have a quick question about Chapmans No Sugar Added Ice Cream... i'm not sure if it's P1 legal (or even P2 legal for that matter!)I know it goes over the 100 cal sweet treat limit, but I only have 1/3 cup instead of 1/2.
Here are the ingredients:
Milk Ingredients, Modified Milk Ingredients, Maltitol, Walnut Pieces, Mono and Diglycerides, Guar Gum, Locust Bean Gum, Cellulose Gum, Potato Starch, Carrageenan, Natural Flavour, Sucralose
May contain traces of peanuts or other nuts. Sweetened with Maltitol and Sucralose. Contains 5 mg of Sucralose per 125 mL serving.
The nutritional info is on the website... http://www.chapmans.ca/products.aspx (its flash, so i can't send the direct link... just look under no sugar added... i bought the maple walnut)
Thanks in advance!
This message board is phenomenal!!

Hi! I am glad you decided to join us!
Hi Claudia Maria,
I wouldn't eat this one.
On all phases you may also have nsa popsicles.
On phase 2 you may enjoy sugar-free, fat-free ice creams that are 100 calories or less per 1/2 cup serving.
