Hi all!!!!!
I'm doing alright and on Day 3 and my tummy's already flatter, yay lol!
Quick question, I refuuuse to give up my 2 lattes during the day, and I'm drinking them with 2% (i HATE low-fat or skim lol). Is this going to ruin everything? I figure I'm eating pretty darn low-fat/cal for the day (think chicken breast and salad for lunch) so I don't THINK I'm sabotaging my P1?!

Only skim or 1% milk are approved on SBD. Milk that is 2% actually
What I do is to get a skim latte with extra foam (to give me a little room at the top). Then I add in a few Tbs of whole milk at the mixing station. This adds the mouth feel you miss with the skim alone. They make 2% by mixing half skim and half whole milk. My way gets you under 1%.

I have the same problem, I hate skim milk in my coffee (but love it otherwise). Nonfat milk, or 1% milk, when steamed, just tastes spoiled to me.
But I can deal with the soy milk. It has the creamier texture of 2% milk, but it's allowed on SBD, I believe. I usually get a sugar-free vanilla soy latte, and though it's not my favorite caramel macchiato, it's still good and gives me a boost in the morning.
