Day 1 going ok....

.........I'm still really hungry though. I started the whole fitness process by taking a yoga class for an hour yesterday. Today I can feel every muscle from my jawbones down! LOL! It was my first time back to the fitness center since the end of June, and it feels good to get on track. I have to get to the grocery store for some SBD essentials, but didn't want to delay starting any longer, so I'm doing it with what's on hand for now. I do need to ask, since it seems incredible, can I really eat unlimited amounts of veggies? And can I have more than 2 snacks if I'm hungry? I've been afraid to eat too much protein, but the book says "eat until satisfied." I really don't want to overdo it, but am craving more protein than veg. I've had no problem drinkin the water because that's a habit I've already been doing.

"YES" is the answer to all your questions:
You may eat unlimited amounts of veggies.
You may have more than 2 snacks per day. In fact, you may have 3 or more if needed.
For protein, start with the recommended serving and eat lots of veggies. If you are still hungry, you may have more of each.
