day 7 cheat/PMS HELP

Hi Everyone:
I started the diet and was doing great for the first week I was not even hungry and did feel the aweful 3 dys everyone talks about just a little tired. I thought I was home free then PMS came along with my mother-in-law. Well my mother-in-law brought all sorts of good stuff like doughnuts etc. Once my period started I could not stop myself from eating these since they were in my face 24/7. Now I am on my 3 day of cheating and I feel like crap.
What should I do? Just continue on Phase 1 or do an extra week of Phase 1? Or should I just finish the week and move to Phase 2? Also now I'm afraid I will feel like crap for the next 3 dys of detox, any ideas? Please HELP, Thank you so much!

Thank you so much! I was feeling so low today b/c I really messed up and I was getting depressed over it b/c I have a cruise coming up in a week and even though I don't have a lot of weight to lose. I had already gone through and figured out from menus what I can eat in Phase 2. I figured Icould have like a bicardi and diet coke for drink and if not a glass of wine. So at least I have a whole week before that I can completely detox.
Thanks again this is so so helpfully. I haven't posted before but have been checking with the site since I started. Thanks again you are a lifesaver. Should I start doing a journal on the site?
