It just seems too good to be true! I have extended my P1 an extra week, and had a ceasar salad today for lunch. I looked at the fat grams, and it's 13 grams of fat per ounce of dressing!! I am confused as to how this is ok to eat when it is so high in fat!! Anyone have any insight on this one? I am also frustrated b/c I have only lost 5 lbs...and have about 25 more to go. I was really hoping P1 would have done more for me in the loss area. I have given up sugar and fast food (burgers, fries, regular soda) and thought that THAT in itself would help me with a quick loss, but no go. :(

Dressing should be limited according to the meal planning guide.
Oops, really? Wow!! Thanks, Cathy--I never would have guessed that staying on P1 longer would be a bad thing. Carbs, here I come! LOL
