I am on day 7 of Phase 1. The last time I was on the beach I gave up at day 4, so this is huge for me! I am excited about that, but have only lost 3 lbs. It probably has something to do with exercise though, I told myself that for the first week, I wouldn't worry about the exercise part as I am getting over the carb-o-holic cravings.
I am so sick of eggs and yogurt just doesn't cut it for breakfast for me. So should I hang in there for the second week and add the exercise to see the added weightloss or just move on to phase 2?
