Hi everyone! I'm new here and today was my first day on the plan. I did great! I've been struggling with the last 20lbs of baby weight (Bella is 28 months now!) and since we moved to a new state temporarily, with all of my friends/family back home, I've been kind-of depressed/lonely and have packed on ANOTHER 20lbs! ARGH! I tried WW, but I just can't have access to everything - I lost the majority of the baby weight through Atkins, but I think it's a bit unhealthy. So here I am! I'm reallly excited to be here - you all seem very supportive! I look forward to sharing my losses with you - I hope there are many! :)

Thank you so much! :) Any suggestions about getting the munchies at this time of night? I am so programmed to getting something - am trying to keep myself busy by crocheting my toddler a blanket! If I do snack, any suggestions of what I could/should have?

I was craving something sugary and tried the sf fudgicle with 1 tbs peanut butter & some sf cool whip. YUMMY! How do I count that? Would it be factored into the extra treat calories?
Also, how much water is too much? I've literally had about 100 oz. I love water - but can you flush out vitamins in drinking that much?
Thanks again for your help and support! It's great for me because my physical support system (other than hubby) is 300 miles away!

Hi Nancy,
Count the 1 tablespoon of peanut butter as half of your total nuts allowed for the day. (If you use two tablespoons of peanut butter, count that as your total nut allowance for the day.) Count the whipped topping and fudgesicle towards your Sweet Treats for the day.
There is no water requirement on South Beach.
